The Covid-19 strain of coronavirus has dramatically changed all our lives.

The unprecedented lockdown of 2020 will go down in history along with the tragic loss of life. Everyone is now far more understanding and aware of the unseen bacteria and virus that surround our daily lives, washing hands regularly, personal protective equipment as well as regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces.

From now on our standard cleans where no known infection exists have changed. We will be wearing gloves and a mask, a touch point disinfection on completion and disinfecting all equipment between jobs to ensure we are not unknowingly spreading the virus.

We have a variety of measures to suit your domestic needs from a peace of mind clean, to disinfect your home if you are at high risk, expecting a baby or someone in the household has been infected.

If your workplace, be it office space, shop, school, hotel, restaurant, dentist or doctors surgery, requires a deep clean and disinfect. Then we can provide it, and follow up with an optional weekly top up on flat surfaces and main touch points.  We can further supply a certificate, to display at the entrance for added peace of mind, and to reassure your customers and employees that the building has been cleaned and disinfected to the highest possible standard.

With the outbreak of Covid 19 we felt it was essential to fully understand the SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes Covid 19) and how best to clean and disinfect this unseen killer so that we can safely work and know that we have left the property safe and hygienic to give our valued customers peace of mind. Therefore we sought the best advice and training from the leading expert in the cleaning industry; Julie Roberts who has improved the standards of cleaning and disinfecting of several hospitals amongst others.

This course has given us the knowledge and understanding on how to clean to above hospital standards. There is sadly a lot of misinformation or ‘fake news’ around products that can kill this virus. However we have access to products that have now been tested to be effective against the SARS-CoV-2 with a log kill of 6 or 99.9999% (most household sanitisers are log kill 3 or 99.9%) and not only that they have a residual effect so the surfaces will still kill virus and bacteria that land on them for days after whilst being totally safe to you, children and pets. This training also highlighted that before disinfecting can take place it is essential that all surfaces are spotlessly cleaned first so that the microbiocide or disinfectant is not sitting on dirt, dust, bacteria etc and not treating the surface underneath (this stage is often overlooked by untrained cleaning companies).  We now have a far greater understanding of the science behind safely and effectively disinfecting your property so you can be sure you will be in safe hands.
